Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or change any reservation due to security reasons, weather conditions, or any other reason that might affect the quality of the activity. In such cases, the total amount will be refunded to the client, or alternatively, a new reservation will be scheduled depending on availability and favourable weather conditions.

Refunds

Tours

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your tour at least 24 hours* before the activity start time. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 24 hours*, we will be unable to refund your payment.

Food Experiences

If you need to cancel your food experience, you must do so at least 48 hours* before the activity start time to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours* of the start time, your payment will not be refunded.

*Please note that the cutoff times for cancellations are based on local time.
